98% of suppliers building HS2 fast rail are British

The government confirmed today that 98% of suppliers building HS2 are British and steel workers and steel from Scunthorpe will be included used in the construction, the question was asked by MP, Holly Mumby-Croft.

A strong day for British businesses to have that confirmed by the Primemister of the United Kingdom, Boris Johnson. There were many fear that the HS2 rail would be built by Chinese construction companies who put pressure on the British government to contract with them through various commercial incentives.
