Are Boris Johnson, Donald Trump other leaders setting bad example by not wearing a mask?

Western leaders Donald Trump and Boris Johnson, both addressing the nations on the outbreak of the Coronavirus and the severity of the outbreak/pandemic but are the leaders setting bad examples by not wearing masks when out in public on official duties.

It's not just these leaders that are not following health organisations instructions to prevent the spread of the virus, other leaders are still turning up to work i.e. the house of commons without protection despite several leaders catching the virus.

Perhaps we will see improvements or moving forward or maybe both are immune.
