Have you had a lazy December, it's not over staying fit in January could mean staying fit all year round.
Rowing is a great way to exercise all the body muscles, the rower particularly targets your core muscles it’s a form of cardiovascular exercise, keep your heart rate up, lean forward and pull back as you pull each row.
When rowing you can choose your length, but start at 1000m and build up a rhythm, set a goal and measure your speed.
Ensure you stretch all your muscles either on fitness matts or standing before and after working out.
