University lectures and teachers should be paid more

As more universities are put under the financial constraints and technological pressures across the globe lectures are under increasing amounts a pressure to deliver for their academic institutions. To teach and educate others must be the most powerful tool in the world something we can all do even after we are gone. Lecturers do this daily!

As technologies advance it means universities lectures are put under more pressure and it can have long term impacts on their health.
